Sit there and relax with your family or friends allowing the natural gentle breeze to cool the place. Four Large bedrooms with sea view and ensuite bathrooms opening onto the tropical garden and front terraces.

In the living-room you can relax in two large white sofas from the Italian designer Gervasoni, large low table, old Chinese blue ginger jars and nice antiques. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, large flat screen TV with independent US Dish Network and TNT, DVD player, Bose Bluetooth Sound Touch audio system, telephone, Wi-Fi in the whole villa and terraces, library, board games.

Fully equipped kitchen for 12, quartz work surface with electric oven, gas stove, fridge and freezer, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and Nespresso, blender, electric fruit squeezer, and electric kettle.

Looking at the lime tree, the Traveler’s palm tree, Frangipani, pink Laurel, coconut palm trees. Enjoy a barbecue with your friends and family on the back shaded terrace which always benefits from natural gentle breeze. Spacious Barbecue area shaded terrace. A spacious terrace stretches the length of the front property with spaces for shady relaxation on confortable Rattan sofa and armchairs with Designer’s Guild cushions, Sunbathing and Wi-Fi. The great room, with the living room and dining room, widely opened onto the front shaded terrace and the garden where you can relax (good place for a nap), read a book, discuss with friends or family sharing a drink.

POOL / JACUZZI
POOL
A nice sunny chlorine-free 4mx8m swimming pool with stairs in dark grey stone with two lighted Led spot. Inside edge along the swimming pool where you can walk. The pool has an ocean and garden view with a beautiful fuchsia bougainvillea. There is an alarm for the pool.
JACUZZI
The HOTSPRING Hot Tub, for 6 people with different colored water jets, is nested in palm trees overlooking the front terrace and pool. The pool and the Jacuzzi are served twice a week.
GARDEN
Surrounded by a landscaped tropical garden, the villa offers privacy and peaceful. The front garden has a landscaped riprap with traditional St Barth stones and bougainvillea. The back garden has a large variety of tropical trees and flowers (traveler palm tree, red tree blazing, Ylang-Ylang, laurel, frangipani,...).
